Delightful buttery cookies swirled with sweet raspberry jam, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the cookie dough evenly in a prepared baking pan.
  6. Spoon the raspberry jam over the dough and swirl it in lightly with a knife.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the raspberry swirl.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing into squares or bars.
