  • Crushed peppermint bark for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Mix the Creamy Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Then add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  5. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Garnish and Chill: Top with crushed peppermint bark and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
