Quick and easy no-bake sugar cookie bars with a creamy filling and delightful graham cracker base, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish to form the base.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy in another bowl.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form in a separate bowl. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker base.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set before cutting into bars.

Notes

For a festive touch, use colored sprinkles or try adding crushed candy canes for a peppermint twist.
