Tangy Key Lime Pie Bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • Zest of 2 key limes
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest in another bowl.
  5. Pour the creamy key lime filling over the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  7. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
  8. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh key limes. These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
