A quick and delicious one-pan meal combining savory kielbasa sausage and vibrant vegetables in a sweet and tangy sauce.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth in a small bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

For added texture, consider incorporating other vegetables like carrots or snap peas. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
