Quick and delicious stir fry featuring marinated flank steak and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • Jasmine rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of minced garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Heat the griddle to high temperature.
  3. Sear the marinated flank steak until cooked to your liking.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and broccoli to the griddle and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Serve the stir fry over jasmine rice or noodles. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

Add extra soy sauce or sesame seeds on top for added flavor. Cut flank steak against the grain for tender slices.
