  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced ham, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a large crockpot.
  2. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, black pepper, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the ham and potatoes in the crockpot, ensuring everything is well coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours), until the potatoes are tender.
