Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed mushrooms filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Use firm and fresh mushrooms for the best taste. Experiment with different cheeses or add cooked bacon for extra richness.
