A versatile and light frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., berries, banana, kiwi)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt over the parchment paper, about half an inch thick.
  3. Drizzle honey over the yogurt to add sweetness.
  4. Top with fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or granola as desired.
  5. Freeze for 2-4 hours until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
