A creamy and tangy whipped feta dip that’s perfect for any gathering, served with pita bread or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • ¾ cup Whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes (for garnish)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Pita bread, baguette, or fresh veggies (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Blend the dip base by combining the crumbled feta cheese, whole milk Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and the garlic clove in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Whip until smooth using a hand mixer, immersion blender, or food processor until creamy and without lumps.
  3. Taste & adjust seasonings by adding extra lemon juice or a pinch of salt if needed, then blend again briefly.
  4. Garnish to impress by transferring the dip to a serving bowl, drizzling with olive oil, and finishing with Aleppo pepper and chopped parsley.
  5. Serve & enjoy with pita bread, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies!

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for best blending results. Customize flavors with fresh herbs or roasted red peppers.
