  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sesame dressing
  • Optional: cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, shredded chicken, shredded carrots, thinly sliced red cabbage, and chopped green onions.
