A delightful take on a classic cheeseburger turned into healthy, portable crunch wraps filled with seasoned lean beef, cheese, and fresh toppings.

  • 5 wraps low carb, high fiber tortilla wraps
  • 12 ounces 96% lean ground beef
  • ½ cup onion (chopped)
  • To taste: salt
  • To taste: ground black pepper
  • 8 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes (chopped)
  • 8 teaspoons dill gherkins (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup lettuce (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ground beef: Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Sauté until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Combine tasty ingredients: Remove beef from heat, let cool slightly, and mix with mustard.
  3. Assemble your crunch wraps: Lay out a tortilla wrap, spoon in the beef mixture, add cheese, tomatoes, dill gherkins, and lettuce.
  4. Fold & seal the wrap: Bring edges of the tortilla towards the center to overlap slightly. Flip it so the seam is on the bottom.
  5. Cook the crunch wraps: Clean skillet, add oil, and place wrap seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve & enjoy: Let cool, slice in half, and serve warm with a dipping sauce.

Use pre-chopped onions to save time. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings or alternative proteins.
