A delicious and healthy twist on traditional pizza using cottage cheese for a protein-rich flatbread base.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
  • 2/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 3.5 ounces grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella)
  • 2 ounces pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour and spread the mixture into a thin circle.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the edges are golden.
  5. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Add pizza sauce evenly over the baked flatbread.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese and arrange pepperoni on top.
  8. Bake again for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
