Delightful Vietnamese spring rolls filled with fresh ingredients and served with your choice of dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper
  • Shrimp or tofu
  • Rice vermicelli noodles
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Hoisin sauce or peanut sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the shrimp or tofu until ready.
  3. Soften the rice paper wrapper in warm water.
  4. Layer the fresh ingredients on the wrapper.
  5. Roll tightly from the bottom, securing the fillings.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
