Delightful mini desserts combining sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion.

  • 1 batch Sugar cookies
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Fresh strawberries, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out sugar cookie dough and press it into the muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Bake until golden brown, then let cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cooled cookie cups.
  7. Top with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings before serving.
