A comforting, one-pan meal featuring ground turkey, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Cook the ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
