  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Smash the patties on the hot surface with a spatula to create a crust.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Assemble the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
