Quick and refreshing Tuna Lettuce Wraps that are perfect for a light lunch or snack, combining protein-packed tuna with crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (Butter or Romaine) for wrapping
  • Optional toppings: chopped pickles, olives, or avocado

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and remove excess liquid.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by dicing celery and red onion.
  3. Mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  4. Add the diced celery and red onion, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing the tuna mixture in fresh lettuce leaves.
  6. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Leftover tuna mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
