Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces firm Tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu by cutting it into cubes and pressing to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the tofu in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Set the tofu aside after browning.
  5. Add chopped garlic and ginger to the same pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Combine chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Return the golden tofu to the pan, add soy sauce, and stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double press the tofu or coat lightly in cornstarch before frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
