Bite-sized Tiramisu balls that capture the classic dessert flavors without the fuss of layers. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfingers, crushed finely
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the ladyfinger crumbs by crushing them finely.
  3. Mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and salt (if desired) until smooth. Add rum or coffee liqueur if using.
  4. Combine cooled espresso and ladyfinger crumbs, then gently fold in the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  6. Dust each ball with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

These Tiramisu balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
