Delicious bite-sized Tiramisu Balls that capture the classic flavors of Tiramisu, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfingers (crushed finely)
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the ladyfingers finely to soak up the espresso.
  2. Whip the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and salt until creamy.
  3. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool.
  4. Mix the cooled coffee into the mascarpone mixture, then add the crushed ladyfingers.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Dust the balls with cocoa powder for added flavor.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
