Delicious Thai turkey lettuce wraps filled with aromatic ground turkey, fresh veggies, and drizzled with creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peanut sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 3 each Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic and ginger in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, mixing well and cooking together.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the green onions and carrots.
  5. To assemble, take a romaine leaf and spoon the turkey mixture into the center, drizzling peanut sauce on top.
  6. Fold the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!

Notes

Keep lettuce leaves separate from the filling to preserve crispness. You can also freeze the filling for up to a month.
