Fresh and vibrant Thai Lettuce Wraps filled with ground chicken and crispy vegetables, perfect for a fun, interactive meal.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Ground chicken or turkey
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Bell pepper, diced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Peanut butter
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Protein: In a skillet, cook the ground chicken or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the Veggies: Add garlic, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Create the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice. Pour the mixture over the cooked meat and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  4. Assemble & Enjoy!: To serve, spoon portions of the mixture into individual lettuce leaves, garnish with cilantro and chili sauce if desired. Roll up the lettuce leaves and enjoy!
