A simple yet elegant baked salmon dish infused with garlic and smoked paprika for a rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (Extra virgin recommended)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (Substitutes available: regular paprika or cayenne)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced (For topping)
  • Fresh parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients
  2. Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the Salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Mix the Marinade in a small bowl.
  5. Coat the Salmon Fillets with the marinade.
  6. Add the Lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
