  • Olive oil (for skillet preparation if pan-frying)

Instructions

  1. Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried Italian herb blend, black pepper, and fine sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the whole milk and beaten egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until cohesive.
  3. Carefully incorporate the ground chuck into the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in the grated onion and minced garlic, mixing gently until evenly distributed.
  5. Form small meatballs (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on a plate.
