Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Place the chicken breasts into a separate dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook each side for 5-7 minutes until golden crust forms.
  3. Bake to Perfection: Transfer the chicken to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Add the Feta: Upon removing the chicken from the oven, sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
  5. Final Touches: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Slice the chicken, drizzle extra glaze over the top if desired, and enjoy your culinary masterpiece!
