Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
