  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Pull together all of your ingredients: frozen mixed berries, banana, yogurt, orange juice, and honey.
  2. Combine ingredients in the blender. In your trusty blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, yogurt, orange juice, and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Serve immediately. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy right away while it’s cool and refreshing.

Notes

For a creamier texture, opt for full-fat yogurt or add a scoop of yogurt ice cream. You can also freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for future smoothies.
