Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed sugar cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • Sprinkles (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed sugar cookies and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each cookie ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
  8. Enjoy! Serve at parties or as a sweet treat!

Notes
