A light and fluffy dessert that combines fresh strawberries, whipped topping, and soft cake pieces, perfect for warm gatherings or sweet cravings.

  • 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup soft cake pieces (like angel food cake)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the whipped topping, the thickened pudding mixture, and vanilla extract, gently folding until blended.
  3. Carefully add the sliced strawberries and soft cake pieces, mixing until just combined.
  4. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the salad in individual bowls, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes
