  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prep the baking sheet by preheating your oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
