A delicious pasta dish that combines tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and aromatic garlic in a glossy teriyaki sauce.

  • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 12 oz spaghetti or noodles of choice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, allowing it to shimmer slightly.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing together for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and honey, then add the mixed vegetables. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss everything together.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Can be made vegan-friendly by substituting chicken with tofu or tempeh. Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
