A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a sticky teriyaki honey garlic sauce, all made in one skillet.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 12 oz spaghetti or noodles of choice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in the cooked chicken and minced garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, honey, and mixed vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Give it a taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Notes

For a quick option, rotisserie chicken can be used. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or make it vegetarian by using tofu.
