A comforting blend of sautéed chicken, sausage, and pasta coated in a sweet garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the diced chicken and sliced sausage until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for an additional minute.
  5. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sausage, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta back into the skillet, tossing everything together.
  8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped green onions and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
