Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl. Add chicken and let it soak.
  2. Prepare the noodles by boiling water and cooking according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Create the thickening mixture by mixing cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  4. Sauté the marinated chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine the cornstarch slurry with the chicken and stir as the sauce thickens. Toss in the cooked noodles.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup, and use tofu instead of chicken.
