  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the diced potatoes, bell pepper, onion, steak, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Assemble the mixture in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil and tightly seal it to keep all the juices inside.
  4. Grill the foil packet on the grill for about 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness.
  5. Serve hot, carefully opening the packet and garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
