A delightful dish featuring seared sirloin steak, fettuccine pasta, and a creamy garlic Alfredo sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of melted butter over medium-high heat; season with salt and pepper and sear until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the same skillet for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return the cooked fettuccine and seared steak to the skillet; toss until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Heat through for another minute before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve with a garden salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
