A delightful fusion of crispy textures and cheesy goodness, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into discs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Allow the crisps to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara for dipping or alongside a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
