A creamy and cheesy dip filled with fresh spinach and artichoke hearts, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
