A creamy, savory quiche filled with spinach and crumbled feta, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Prepare the pie crust in a pie dish.
  5. Spread the sautéed spinach and onion mixture evenly in the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the spinach mixture.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the top, filling to the edge of the crust.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
