A cozy and delicious dish featuring spaghetti served in a crusty bread bowl, topped with garlic and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 rolls Crusty bread rolls (ciabatta or baguette)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a splash of pasta water.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out each bread roll and fill with the spaghetti mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melty and lightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover spaghetti filling separately and use within 3 days. Reheat before placing in fresh bread rolls for baking.
