Delightful treats that combine rich caramel flavors with crunchy pecans, perfect for snacks or desserts.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until boiling.
  2. Boil for about five minutes without stirring until it turns a golden color.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring they’re coated in the caramel mixture.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Allow the clusters to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, refrigerate, then let come to room temperature before serving.
