Delicious S’mores Brownies combining chocolate and marshmallow flavors reminiscent of campfire treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in both sugars until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs and half of the mini marshmallows over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread it out to cover.
  8. Top with the remaining mini marshmallows and optional extra chocolate chips.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with caramel sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
