Delightful S’mores Bars packed with a crispy graham cracker crust, rich chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows, perfect for a nostalgic treat.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
  7. Cool the bars before slicing into squares.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze individually wrapped bars.
