  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked and drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • Rice (for serving, optional)
  • Pasta (for serving, optional)
  • Sandwich buns (for serving, optional)
  • 1 unit pressure cooker
  • 2 forks (for shredding chicken)
  • 1 unit wooden spoon or spatula (for stirring)

Instructions

  1. Place the trimmed chicken thighs in your pressure cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Place the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Seal the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then allow natural release for 10 minutes.
  5. Using two forks, shred the chicken in the pot.
