A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping (about 8 ounces)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup additional whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set the base firmly.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is well combined and fluffy.
  3. Spread the Cheesecake Mixture: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust, creating a smooth and even layer.
  4. Layer the Fresh Strawberries: Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer, covering the entire surface.
  5. Prepare the Pudding Mixture: In another bowl, whisk the instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix with cold milk briskly for about 2 minutes or until thickened and smooth.
  6. Add the Pudding Layer: Evenly spread the thickened pudding over the strawberry layer, ensuring full coverage.
  7. Top with Whipped Topping: Spoon the remaining whipped topping over the pudding, smoothing it out into a nice top layer. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top and garnish with a few extra strawberry slices if desired.
  8. Chill for Perfection: Refrigerate the assembled lasagna for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving to allow the layers to set perfectly for clean cuts and enhanced flavor melding.
