  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peeled shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the filled biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
