Ingredients

  • Sausages (e.g., Italian or smoked)
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Zucchini (sliced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
