  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) so it’s nice and hot when you’re ready to bake.
  2. Prepare the sheet pan: On a sheet pan, place the sausage and mixed vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
