A simple and vibrant sheet pan salmon recipe that bursts with flavor and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Vegetables (e.g., asparagus, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a perfect roasting environment for our salmon and veggies.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan, skin-side down and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Arrange the vegetables around the salmon on the sheet pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
